Capital Tour ( NZD1100.00) Day 1
Auckland/Waitomo/Rotorua
Today we travel to the fascinating Waitomo Caves and enjoy
a guided tour into the world famous glow worm grotto.
After lunch we are ready to go to Rotorua. In Rotorua,
we visit Rotorua Lake, Queens garden and enjoy Maori songs
and stirring haka at dinner. Overnight in Rotorua.
Day 2 Rotorua/Taupo
This morning we visit Giant Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest
and Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve with its boiling mud
pools, steaming hot springs and famous Pohuhu geyser.
We alsovisit the Agrodome farm to enjoy a live and entertaining
sheep show and sheep shearing display.After lunch, we
visit Waimangu volcanic valley. Then our tour coach takes
you to Taupo, New Zealand's largest lake which is famous
for trout fishing. Visit geothermic power station. You
can choose to take the high speed jet boat (optional activity)
. Overnight in Taupo. Day 3 Taupo/Wellington
This morning our tour coach passes the National Park Volcanoes
to our capital city Wellington. In the afternoon, you
enjoy a city tour which enables you to see the Parliament
buildings, the Beehive, and panoramic views from Mt.Victoria.
Spend the night at Wellington hotel. Day 4
Wellington/Hasting/Napier
Today our tour coach takes you to Napier where a major
earthquake took place in 1931 which caused a major destruction
of the area. The town was rebuilt in a style with splendors
of Art Deco and Spanish Mission Buildings that make the
region one of the most extraordinary architecture centres
in the world. On our way to Napier, we visit the famous
orchard in Hasting and tour the city of Hasting.
Day 5 Napier/Auckland
This morning we take you to visit the vineyards of Napier
and the winery to get to know the whole process of making
wine and have a sip of the wine produced locally. Then
we head for Taupo where we have lunch. After lunch, our
tour coach takes you back to Auckland.
Notes:
1. The quoted price is for each person in over 6-people
groups. Any group fewer than 6 people is required to pay
an extra fee of 10-20%.
2. The price includes transportation for scheduled tours,
meals, hotel, admissions and the service of tour guide
.
3. Tourists are to share twin-bed rooms. For those who
require single-bed rooms, an extra surcharge of NZD70.00
per night is required.
4. Children between the ages of 2-12 are charged 80% of
adult fees.
5. Tips for the guides, drivers and porters are not included
in the charged fees. It is recommended that each visitor
should pay NZD 6.00 per day to the guide and the driver.
6. The company reserves the right to make any change of
the scheduled tour due to extreme climate changes or natural
disasters.
