Zealand 7 Days Tour
Day 1 Auckland/Christchurch
We meet the tourists at Auckland airport, then transfer
and fly to the " Garden City" of Christchurch.
You will enjoy the Park, garden and English character
architecture, Christchurch Centre. Overnight in Christchurch.
Day 2 Christchurch/Mount Cook/Queenstown
This morning we leave Christchurch to travel across
the Canterbury Plains and through Burkes Pass and past
Lakes Tekapo and Pukati to grandeur of Southern Alps
dominated by Mount Cook. You may have an opportunity
to choose the optional helicopter ride to the top of
Mount Cook to see the wonderful views of the glacier.
Then we follow the Southern Apls southward through Lindis
Pass and the Kawarau gorge to lake Wahatipu and Queenstown.
Overnight in Queenstown.
Day 3 Queenstown/Dunedin
In the morning you have some free time to enjoy this
fabulous resort and to take part in some optional activities,
such as: thrilling jet boating on the rivers; white
water rafting; helicopter riding; bungy-jumping; cruising
on the lake and so on. After lunch, we drive through
the Kawarau gorge to Cromwell and follow the Clutha
River Valley down through Alexandra. We pass the rich
farmlands of South Otago which lead you to Dunedin.
Stay a night in Dunedin.
Day 4 Dunedin/Christchurch/Auckland
This morning we embark on a brief Dunedin city sightseeing
tour. Then travel north along the coast and stop to
view the unique Moeraki Beach Boulders, enormous round
rocks embedded in the sandy shore. After lunch we travel
to Christchurch to catch the flight to Auckland. Stay
one night at Sky City Hotel in Auckland.
Day 5 Auckland/Waitomo/Rotorua
Today we travel to the fascinating Waitomo Caves and
enjoy a guided tour into the world famous glow worm
grotto. After lunch we are ready to go to Rotorua. In
Rotorua, we visit Rotorua Lake, Queens Garden and enjoy
Maori songs , hants and stirring haka at dinner. Overnight
in Rotorua.
Day 6 Rotorua/Auckland
This morning we visit the Agrodome farm to enjoy a live
and entertaining sheep show and sheep shearing display.
Visit Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve with its boiling
mud pools, steaming hot springs and famous Pohuhu geyser.
After lunch we return to Auckland and enjoy sailing
or boating at Auckland Harbour late in the afternoon.
Stay at Sky Tower City Hotel in Auckland.
Day 7 Auckland/Departure
This morning, we embark on a brief Auckland city sightseeing.
Enjoy spectacular panoramic views over the city and
its beautiful harbours from the summit of Mount Eden
and One Tree Hill. Then take you to Auckland airport
for departure.
Notes:
1. The quoted price is for each person in over 6-people
groups. Any group fewer than 6 people is required to pay
an extra fee of 10-20%.
2. The price includes transportation for scheduled tours,
meals, hotel, admissions and the service of tour guide
.
3. Tourists are to share twin-bed rooms. For those who
require single-bed rooms, an extra surcharge of NZD65.00
per night is required.
4. Children between the ages of 2-12 are charged 80% of
adult fees.
5. Tips for the guides, drivers and porters are not included
in the charged fees. It is recommended that each visitor
should pay NZD 6.00 per day to the guide and the driver.
6. The company reserves the right to make any change of
the scheduled tour due to extreme climate changes or natural
disasters.
